We have fixed this issue in the latest ESR and FF versions. We no longer free network request handles during shutdown, which prevents the use-after-free from occurring.

Another issue with network handling was fixed in this release. When printing a message on a shared network printer, some characters were being sent with the wrong code page, potentially rendering the text in an unintended language. This issue was fixed in this release.
