CVE-2022-31279 DO NOT USE THIS CANDIDATE NUMBER. It was withdrawn by the CNA. Investigation showed it was not a security issue

If a candidate withdraws from the hiring process, it will result in a candidate no-match. This can be resolved by conducting a comprehensive review of the candidate’s profile to determine if there are any issues that may have resulted in the candidate being withdrawn. This may include checking with the candidate’s previous employer or contracting team to ensure that there were no issues that resulted in the candidate being withdrawn.

CVE-2023-31280

If a candidate decides to withdraw from a hiring process, the recruiter should perform a comprehensive review of their profile. This may include checking with the candidate's previous employer or contracting team to ensure that there were no issues that resulted in the candidate being withdrawn.
If the candidate is not qualified for the role, it will result in a no-match and prevent the company from filling this role.

Identify the source of the no-match

If a candidate’s profile is found to have issues, one should review the candidate’s background file to identify the source of the no-match.

This may include checking with previous employers or contracting teams to determine what issues resulted in the candidate being withdrawn from consideration.

IDS and WAF Detection

IDS and WAF detection is key to preventing a candidate from being withdrawn. Organizations should implement both IDS and WAF detection because they help prevent a candidate from being withdrawn for any reason. IDS and WAF detection will help identify risk indicators that are either entered through the application or through the candidate’s profile. This helps organizations to properly review candidates before accepting them into their process so that no-matches are avoided.
