When upgrading from version 8.5.13, 9.0.9, or 9.1.6 to a newer version, be sure to update the permissions accordingly on the upgraded instance, or perform a clean installation if the upgrade was performed via the CLI. An upgrade to a newer version is always recommended, as it will patch all vulnerabilities.
