Oracle offers a fulfillment service that makes it easy for Oracle Cloud customers to obtain the certification of their choice. However, there are some requirements that you must meet in order to use this fulfillment service.
1 - Oracle Cloud Certification Requirements
Before you can choose a certification for your Oracle Cloud subscription, your subscription must be active for at least 90 days. If you have an evaluation subscription, you can only select certifications from the list of exams that are included with your evaluation period (90 days or 1 year). 2 - Oracle Cloud Certification Requirements
You must be able to access the web-based portal that manages the fulfillment process from any computer online or through a mobile device.
