How to determine if the Automox is configured and operating correctly?

Automox Agent service may not be configured correctly if the following events occur:
• Automox is not running.
• You cannot connect to the Automox Service.
• The Automox Server service does not start when you attempt to connect to it from a remote machine.

The Automox Agent log file will show you the action that was taken by the Automox Agent when it failed to start. The following are some of the most common causes for failure:

-Server configuration file missing
-Home directory not found
-Database administrator password has expired
